Dr. Horn has been a practicing developmental, educational, and clinical psychologist for over 30 years. She specializes in the identification of developmental and learning differences such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and autism, and mental disorders such as depression, anxiety, autism, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder in children, adolescents, and young adults. She holds an M.Ed. in Educational Psychology from Marquette University and a Ph.D. in Psychology from University of Southern California. She holds a license from the Maryland Board of Psychology and is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Maryland Association of School Psychologists.

Ms. Bosserman has been an educational diagnostician, consultant and advocate for 34 years. She specializes in the identification of learning strengths and challenges and helps match instructional approaches to the unique learning styles of the students she assesses. She helps parents and students navigate the process of securing the best match between the student and the instructional settings and teaching strategies. She holds a Master's Degree in Special Education from Towson University and a B.A. in Education from Loyola University. She is a member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association.
