Comprehensive Psycho-Educational Assessment
Fee: $2800-$3600 depending upon the need for additional specialized diagnostic testing
Comprehensive Psycho-Educational Assessment: Includes assessment of cognitive and executive functions, emotional/behavioral functioning, and levels of academic achievement using the WIAT-4. The fee includes time for testing, scoring tests, analysis of results of tests and rating scales, and preparation of a written report with recommendations. The administration of additional psychological diagnostic tests to delve more deeply into specific areas of concern such as perception, memory, personality, or executive control is billed at $180 per hour. Additional diagnostic educational testing to delve more deeply into concerns regarding academic skills is billed at $150 per hour.
Psychological testing only $1600 -$2400 for cognitive, social/emotional, attention, and executive function testing, depending on the referral issues. The services are generally billed at $180 per hour for test administration, scoring of tests and rating scales, preparation of a written report with recommendations, and a feedback session lasting up to 60 minutes.
Diagnostic Educational Testing
Fee: $1000 - $1250 depending on the need for additional specialized diagnostic testing
Educational Testing Only: Administration of the Wechsler Individual Achievement Test, Fourth Edition (WIAT-4) includes assessment of Reading (decoding, comprehension and fluency), Written Expression (spelling, writing fluency, sentence writing and essay composition), Mathematics (basic operations & calculation, problem-solving, and fluency). The administration of additional diagnostic tests to delve more deeply into specific areas of concern such as phonemic, comprehension, quantitative, perceptual, or graphomotor skills will be billed at $150 per hour.
